Projects I secured for Neumann Steel
Below are some of the projects I have managed to win for Neumann steel the list is by no means
complete and focuses on projects which brought with them new accounts for Neumann Steel most
of these accounts we are still supplying to this day.

Comment – this was our first project for McConnell Dowell and a new account for Neumann Steel,
this project saw Neumann steel through one of the quietest periods the industry has seen (no cranes
on the Gold Coast skyline for the 1st
time in a generation)

Steel, I followed up this project with supply to the $670m Westfield Pacific Fair upgrade and are still
supply projects to this customer today

Comment – the SCU at Bilinga was our second project for Hutchinson Builders after the Prana Centre
at Nerang and was a new account for Neumann Steel, since these early projects we have built a good
relationship with this company and are still supplying project for them today

new account for Neumann Steel, I have recently secured the steel supply for their latest project 120
Marine parade project which we are currently supplying.
