Governments.

Trouble Shooting
I was appointed Acting Head of Operations in a County Armagh based company due
to the termination of the Operations Directors employment due to what was initially
thought as non-performance.
Within 6 weeks of being engaged I had managed to bring in £1.2 million of
outstanding Client debts and had discovered a very large fraud and dissipation of
Company funds of several hundred thousand pounds. I am assisting the Company
and the Police in their ongoing litigation against the defendants.
Restructuring
I was appointed Consultant Senior Contracts Managers of MTC (Measured Term
Contracts) by a National Contractor based in Belfast to look at change management
of the 8 maintenance contracts (all Public Sector) with a view to restructuring the
business to make it more profitable and to ensure that all key elements could be
reported on in a real time.
This included the integration of a project management software across these
contracts.
Estimation & Tendering for 3rd parties
Various tenders submitted under various forms of tender
Health & Safety Compliance for County Armagh & Down based Builders
I have put complete Health & Safety systems in place for 3 Builders over this time
and have updated a number of others systems and documentation including
attending several meetings with the HSE & HSA
Negotiation on behalf of Builders & Developers with Financial Institutions
To date I have managed to secure satisfactory settlements for 6 Builders and
Developers.
Negotiation with Financial Institutions, Receivers & Administrators
This is ongoing in the Republic of Ireland
