User Adoption SharePoint 2013: Right or Wrong? Do or Don’t? Bij veel organisaties waar software veranderingen plaats vinden, brengt dit behoorlijk wat te weeg. Ook de medewerkers in een organisatie komen dan vroeg of laat in aanraking met deze veranderingen en zullen soms gevraagd worden werkwijzen of processen aan te passen. Is het te voorkomen dat de eindgebruikers een eigen weg kiezen? Een SharePoint traject is hier een goed voorbeeld van. Vooral wanneer we te maken hebben met nieuwe implementaties is acceptatie uitermate belangrijk. Hoe bereid je gebruikers het beste voor op deze veranderingen?
