1. Understanding and Improving Analytics at Conserv
I will start out by studying Conserv’s
business process, what are your
business needs and priorities, what
problems are you trying to solve,
who are my team members, what
data exists, what information is
prioritized and how this data is
currently used to solve problems.
I will then analyze my observations and synthesize them to define the core
problems I and my team have identified.
Create & Test Solutions
The aim is to identify the best possible
solution for each problem statement. I
will build data models that show how
concepts are related through data. I will
also build dashboards that report real
time changes in data and iterating data
analysis to validate ideas and test
prototype solutions.
