The three-day Teen Girl Well-Being program focuses on self-awareness, strategies for confidence and connection to self, and building a self-care toolkit. Through breathwork, yoga, meditation and discussions, the program teaches teens ages 13 to 17 how to strengthen boundaries, increase confidence, and deepen their connection to themselves. The instructor, Debra O'Neill, has experience developing successful teen wellness programs in India combining ideas from the five elements and practices for calming the nervous system.
