2. Set up Spread sheets & enter data in Excel 2010, take pictures of defects & label
diagrams in PowerPoint 2010, enter visual data in Word 2010, Prolink Notes, & testing
results in Lab Request Data Base.
Inspecting all Molding parts & completed units from Assembly for all Product Lines, to
insure all meet ISO doc. specifications & procedures.
I am also responsible for file management on all blue prints, Mold Layout Sheets, &
Certificate of Analysis Template updates.
Read Blue Prints & perform RDA’s, “Request for Dimensional Analysis”, to get precise
measurements per engineer request before steel is cut on the molds.
These detailed measurements are completed on our SmartScopes Flash OGP I, & OGP II
computerized measuring device with the “MeasureMind 3D” program.
Perform R&R’s, “Repeatability & Reproducibility”, (Testing of gauges for consistency),
then run reports thru “MiniTab 17”.
DOE, “Design of Experiment” Collect 2 shots for each experiment. Measure dimensions
from one of the two shots collected, (for each experiment), to Qualify molds for process
control.
Base Line Study, “24 Hour study” (1 shot every hour for 24 hours), off Molding machine
for component consistency.
OGA, “Out Going Audit” (Testing of Units per customer).
COA, “Certificate of Analysis” (Measure Critical dimensions per customer request for
consistency).
Retains, “Reliability test” (Collect 100 units from Assembly off each Trigger sprayer line
once a quarter, test all units to confirm quality performance).
