steam, and natural gas usage by implementing changes to operating parameters in the main steam plant, there-by
saving up to 8500 GPD of M/U water to the plant, and reduced the gas usage by approximately 30%. Identification of
under deposit corrosion present in 550 ton chillers, and developed a plan of action to remedy and monitor water
treatment and inspection activities
SOP creation for the FM department, and implementation of "best practices" for maintenance department, and outside
contractors/vendors
