liaison, between facilities, research, and construction entities.
Other ad-hoc projects as assigned, such as; carbon dioxide gas contamination to laboratory equipment, water quality
and treatment of; chilled water, closed loop hydronics, cooling tower, and boiler systems. Developed initial survey to
implement a Risk Register, and followed through to creation
Played key role in identifying energy conservation opportunities that resulted in energy savings by reduction of water,
steam, and natural gas usage by implementing changes to operating parameters in the main steam plant, there-by
saving up to 8500 GPD of M/U water to the plant, and reduced the gas usage by approximately 30%. Identification of
under deposit corrosion present in 550 ton chillers, and developed a plan of action to remedy and monitor water
treatment and inspection activities
SOP creation for the FM department, and implementation of "best practices" for maintenance department, and outside
contractors/vendors
