purchasing the equipment, returning it to
TIP Capital or upgrading this equipment
through a new lease.
assetCONNECT® can track all types of
equipment, but this proprietary web
application was developed with IT and
technology equipment in mind.
With the fast-paced environment of IT-
based equipment, most of TIP Capital’s
customers decided that their computers,
printers or other IT-related equipment can
become obsolete after a 3-, 4- or 5-year
lease term.
Proactive businesses can review their
leased equipment by generating reports
or searching for certain assets at one
location or multiple locations with the
click of a mouse button (or touchscreen).
If choosing to upgrade your equipment,
TIP Capital will work directly with your
team to coordinate installation of the new
equipment and proper return/disposal of
the old equipment to comply with Zero
Landfill Policy.
These newly acquired assets then will be
placed into assetCONNECT® to replace the
removed assets so you can continue to
track your TIP Capital leased equipment.
Even if you choose to lease equipment
from a different manufacturer or vendor,
TIP Capital can upgrade your equipment
and track these new assets.
Leveraging Your Tech Refresh
Option with a FMV Lease
With the fast-pace of today’s technology,
TIP Capital understands how businesses
acquire equipment not only for today, but
to accommodate their needs for future
years and employees.
A Fair Market Value lease is designed to
avoid technological obsolescence with a
customer-friendly option to purchase,
return or lease the equipment at the end
of the term.
However, TIP Capital also offers a Tech
Refresh Option in the last 12 months of a
36/48/60 month lease to upgrade to new
equipment before the end of the term.
TIP Capital will work directly with you to
upgrade the equipment and transition
from the old to new equipment at your
location(s).
By tracking your leased equipment
through assetCONNECT®, your business
can determine if a Tech Refresh upgrade is
plausible and within your budget.

quote new leased equipment, coordinate
