The Endicott New Blue organization aims to connect early tenure IBM employees to each other and the local community through social and professional development activities. It organizes monthly social events, community service opportunities, and workshops on IBM topics. It also promotes continuing education and career development by hosting talks from veteran IBM employees. The goal is to develop, network, and retain top talent in the region while having fun.

Who We Are
 We're an organization comprised of early tenure employees, IBMmers who have been with
the company for less than 5 years
 Our mission is in three parts:
– Connect early tenure employees with each other, to the area, and to IBM
• Monthly social activities
• Community service opportunities
• Network with other young professionals
in the community
• Workshops on IBM-centric topics
– Promote technical vitality of new IBMmers
• Discuss continuing education
– Encourage career development within IBM
• Frequently host talks by veteran IBMmers
 Our end goal is to develop, network, and retain some of the best talent in the industry... all
while still having fun!
