This week, Mars Construct announced the appointment of Chris Bott as their new Managing Director, replacing Mark Pearce who is stepping down after three years. Chris has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, most recently as the Head Building Surveyor for his own consulting business. He is tasked with driving the business forward and expanding its key elements to ensure success through quality service. Mark Pearce commented that Chris will be a great asset as they look to grow their national presence and define more innovative solutions, and Chris said he is proud to take on the role and help the company grow its brand and market share.

1. This week, we were pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Bott as our new
Managing Director (MD). Chris takes over from Mark Pearce who is standing down as
MD at the end of March after three years in the post.
Chris joins from CHB Consult, his own consulting business where he acted as the
Head Building Surveyor. Previous to this, he worked in contracting as Operations
Director for Everlast Group which he held for 4 years, saw him responsible operations
and growing / developing the business.
Chris has 20 years’ experience within the construction industry having initially
worked as a Building Surveyor in the commercial sector assuming the position of
Director of Lambert Smith Hampton’s Manchester office during a 9-year spell.
Chris is challenged to drive the business forward expanding on its key elements and
ensuring success through quality of service.
Commenting on the new appointment, Mark Pearce said: "Chris brings valuable
know-how to Mars Construct and will be a massive asset going forward to deliver the
business plan. His knowledge of our sector and experience will be invaluable as we
look to define more innovative solutions for our clients and grow our presence
nationally."
