Family owned Bruntwood was relocating 200 staff to new offices and hired Penketh Group to supply furniture. Penketh Group worked with design firm tp bennett to create a flexible workspace that promotes productivity and work-life balance across two floors in Trafford House and three floors in York House. The new offices included a cafe, welcome space, quiet space, breakout space, and meeting space to allow employees to work in a way that enhances communication and collaboration.

So when they were relocating 200 staff from their
Manchester City Towers headquarters to two new
city centre offices, we were delighted to win a
competitive tender process to supply them with
their new furniture.
Working closely with leading design practice tp
bennett LLP, the brief was to create a flexible,
dynamic and vibrant workspace where
communication and working together is common
place.
The space and flexibility inside the two floors at
Trafford House and the three floors of York House
needed to be turned into a great place to allow
employees to work in a way that promotes
productivity and work/life balance.
