serving the Wesley College Senior School campus
sports grounds.
Engineering Services included:
Mechanical: Building Automation System (BAS)
control, air conditioning (AC), exhaust systems for
kitchen and restrooms.
Electrical: Mains cabling, switchboards, specific and
general purpose power, electrical reticulation, energy
efficient lighting integrated with the BAS, fire
detection, audio-visual and public address systems,
electronic access control, CCTV and security
Hydraulic: Gas supply and reticulation, centralised
hot water, fire hose reel and extinguishers, sanitary
plumbing.
ESD: Energy management, rainwater storage for
toilet flushing and BAS controlled natural ventilation
louvers to minimise AC energy usage.

modern multipurpose facility serving the local
community complete with an external pool, 5 internal
pools, a wave pool, sauna, spa, admin. offices,
change rooms, crèche, exercise rooms, cafe and
kitchen.
Engineering Services included:
Mechanical: Building Automation System (BAS)
control, fully zoned ducted air conditioning, kitchen
ventilation, heat recovery systems, gas supply, gas
boilers for pool water heating, humidity controls,
fresh air and exhaust ventilation systems.
Electrical: Substation, mains cabling, switchboards,
power reticulation, BAS controlled lighting, fire
detection and EWIS, audio-visual system, telephone,
data, electronic access control and security, CCTV,
car park lighting and central emergency lighting.
ESD: Energy monitoring via the BAS, heat recovery
for reuse, lighting controls.
