 As Design Manager at HPD , participate in the development process from project
conceptualization and planning to the launch of that project:
 Managing all concerned parties to achieve the project's targets.
 Conducting, Preparing and Attending overseas business meetings with international
consultants concerning the implementation of the new master plan of Hyde Park project.
- Planning, organizing and supervising the development and preparation of master plan, specifications,
estimates, and other contract documents.
- Reviews and makes recommendations concerning master plan design, and makes final decisions about the
design of specific projects.
 Manage the design process with different international designers & consultants through the Pre-Concept,
Concept, Scheme and Detailed Design stages including full design of every part and component of the
project by collaboration of all concerned parties.
 Investigating potential investment opportunities and evaluation of proposed projects in coordination with
business development team.
 Coordination with marketing & sales teams + supporting teams to draw the development strategic plans &
targets on long & short terms.
 Manage the process of getting the ministerial decree approvals & permits in cooperation with all related
parties ( NOCA, CIVIL DEFENESE,…etc.)
 Interface with different stakeholders and consultants to obtain their requirements and ensure the timely
communication of project information, materials and relevant data to different parties.
 Advise on the general approach to the layout, design and construction; and provide necessary documents to
obtain required statutory approvals.
 Prepare / oversee the preparation of design briefs, Request for Proposals (RFP), studies of user
requirements, technical aspects, site conditions, planning, design and building in use:
 Implementing project specifications by studying product design, customer
requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies.
 Identifying project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating
time requirements; sequencing project elements.
 Controlling project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities;
resolving problems.
 Overseeing project plan by reviewing design, specifications, plan and schedule
changes recommending actions.
 Preparing project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing
information and trends, recommending actions.

 Hyde Park, New Cairo, Egypt. The project is a unique residential and commercial development
over 6.3 million m2. The development comprises luxury villas townhouses 2, 4 and 6 plex
units), apartments, retail centers, 72 m high commercial/office towers, a golf course, a golf
club, a sports and health center, and community facilities.
 Emaar Golf Community (GC7) and (GC6), KAEC, Saudi Arabia, This project was initiated by
EMAAR, with a vision to create a vibrant new residential community in KAEC in response to
market conditions. KAEC is a city of neighborhoods, planned and implemented in districts with
unique identities that contribute to a holistic city vision. Neighborhoods are planned and built
around shared amenities – with local schools, parks, retail space, and public facilities serving
as anchors of walkable, transit-connected communities.
 ElRehab Shopping Center - Phase 5, Egypt. On a plot area of 25,087m2
and foot print area
about 7,560m
2
, the project comprised a mini hypermarket, restaurants, fast food restaurants,
retail / commercial shops, offices and banks, in addition to an outdoor landscape area with
water features.
 Cairo Festival City (CFC) Project, Egypt. The project is composed of a massively sized mall
building and complementary retail village with total built-up areas of nearly 145,000m
2
and
404,000m2
, respectively. The multi-entrance enclosed mall building is a five-storey structure
augmented by four atriums: the Garden, Water, Lantern, and Sky Courts. With a footprint area
of nearly 140,000m2
, the masterpiece centre takes on several special themes including a
cinema complex, a gourmet hypermarket, restaurants and cafes, a food court, 250 retail shops,
in addition to family entertainment centre. The retail village comprises ten buildings
accommodating 70 retail units that surround a romantic lake. Outdoor leisure attractions
uncover a palm tree-lined promenade and a park entertaining luxurious landscaped gardens.
Total car parking space area amounts to 210,000m
2
furnishing over 7,000 slots.
 Porto Islands, Egypt - Master Plan & Phase 1a, Egypt. The project comprised the design and
construction supervision of Golf Porto Islands Phase 1 consisting of apartment buildings, a
stand alone hypermarket, replica of the Arch de triumph plus, infrastructure and landscape.
 Palm Parks Project, Egypt. The project is a residential development stretching over a total area
of 474,600m2
and is divided into two different types (apartments and town houses) with high-
end residential buildings wrapped amid a luxury mix of lush residential gardens and lakes.
 Porto Phoenice Marsa Alam, Egypt. The project is a major touristic development project
situated on an approximately 3,200,000m2
on the red sea coast. The development consists of a

series of centers including several hotels, touristic villages, resorts, a golf course and
residential areas with all associated services. These centers are surrounding an internal lagoon.
 ElWaab City Piazza, Qatar. The project's scope of work comprised design development of a
new architectural design for the piazza package to enhance the commercial and entertainment
activities and additional seven complementary services for the smart city, landscape, site
lighting, environment graphics, gas supply, review HVAC design and issuance of building
permit.
 Medical Building Complex - Al Qassim University, Saudi Arabia. With a total built-up area of
138,000m
2
and total land area of 110,000m
2
the complex comprises three faculties, in addition
to two Nursing faculties and common facilities serving all buildings. All faculties surround and
have direct access to a four-storey Central Building. The sky-lit structure is a large atrium acting
as an entertainment platform entailing an exhibition hall, coffee shops, cafeterias, prayer
facilities, and space for student activities.
 Local Master Planning Consultancy Services for Marassi Project, Egypt. Spreading over seven
million m2
, the project creates a new touristic environment that combines a wide variety of
residential units, hotels, 18 hole golf course, marina, a town and commercial center, spas and
wellness facilities, in addition to performance venue/concert hall and public services.
 GENERAL DIRECTORATE OF MILITARY WORKS (GDMW) RIYADH MEDICAL COMPLEX, included
detailed design of the Core Medical Hospital and Emergency Medical Center, Oncology
Hospital and Outpatient Clinic, Polyclinic and Day Surgery, Central Laboratory, Pharmacy,
Medical Administration Building and Conference Center, parking structure, infrastructure
design for medical and service zone, infrastructure design for main roads of residential and
university zones and utilities buildings.
 RAMEDA PHARMACEUTICAL PLANT MODERNIZATION, The modernization program of the
project comprises the relocation of Penicillin area; removing of one Blister line within the solid
area; removing staircase in front of HVAC (2) to obtain access to Penicillin/Cephalosporin area;
implementing a canteen for employees; and removing of the veterinary jar filling line. The
Plant production area is located in the ground floor with an approx. of 8,200m2.
 DESIGN OF THE WHO OFFICE BUILDING AND WAREHOUSE IN GAROWE CITY - SOMALIA
 HEALTH & WELLNESS CARE CENTER AT MADINAT UMMSLAL , Occupying a land area of
49,620m2 and with a built-up area of 9,110m2, the center comprises emergency department,
laboratory, outpatient clinics, conference hall, educational center, wellness center, physical
therapy, radiology and pharmacy.
 BEACH HOUSE FOR THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE, Construction of the Minister's beach house
with all its associated facilities. The house consists of ground floor, first floor and roof.
 WORKFORCE ACCOMMODATION FOR EMAL-EPC, The project comprised a number of standard
villages or "clusters" were constructed with each cluster accommodating a total of 5,000
workers. The development comprises accommodation buildings (34,923m2), main restaurant
& kitchen (3,236m2), community facility (1,664m2), retail centre (1,060m2), MEP facilities and
utility networks within the plot and landscape area.
 ADCO - SHAH NEW ACCOMMODATION & ADMINISTRATION COMPLEXE , The project included
accommodation complex (88,605m2) comprising staff accommodation buildings, contractors
accommodation building, contractors amenities building, staff amenities building and &
administration complex (11,750m2) comprising administration building, workshop, laboratory

building, fire station, pipeline/ welding workshop and stores, first aid treatment facility, service
yard, electrical substations and sewage treatment plant.
 PORTO ISLANDS, EGYPT - MASTER PLAN & PHASE 1A , Design and Construction supervision of
Golf Porto Islands Phase 1 consisting of apartment buildings, a stand-alone hypermarket,
replica of the Arch de triumph plus, infrastructure and landscape.
 LANDSCAPE DEVELOPMENT FOR THE AREA SURROUNDING AIROTEL-CAIRO AIRPORT ,
Landscape engineering services related to the beautification of areas adjacent to Cairo Aiport's
TB2 power station and the radar garage area in the vicinity of Cairo Airport new hotel.
 ADNOC NEW RUWAIS MALL PACKAGE 10 , With a plot area of 111,000m2 and built-up area of
30,395m2, the shopping mall comprises two storey building (29,555m2) which include shops,
supermarket, restaurants, coffee shops, food court area, department store & entertainments
areas (4 cinemas, bowling, Ice skating rink and kids play area) in addition to a service building
(840m2) which includes substation, chiller yard pump rooms and underground tanks.
 FOUR SEASONS HOTEL - SHARM ELSHEIKH , Stretching over a total plot area of approx.
962,000m2, the Hotel expansions unfold 96 hotel rooms; a royal suite; 32 villas; 72 chalets; a
conference centre; a kids club; eight buildings integrating retail and restaurant facilities; staff
housing; water features; swimming pools; beach restaurants; a snack bar; fixed furniture and
equipment; landscaping; and sports. The project also calls for the development of an 18-hole
signature golf course and accompanying club house surrounded by 60 villas.
 DAMIETTA POWER PLANT, The new plant has four new gas turbines with a total rated capacity
of 500 MW using 4X125 MW gas turbines.
 KIDZANIA BUILDING - CAIRO FESTIVAL CITY , The project comprised the construction of a two-
floor building on a land area of 30000m2, a plot area of 5400m2, and a built -up area of
10800m2.The building shall be rented to Kidzania and Sega Companies, each company shall
rent one floor.
 PROCTER & GAMBLE BABY CARE EXPANSION PLANT, Premised on a plot area of 250,000m2,
the plant comprises eight primary functional areas: raw & packing material storage; process
utilities; diaper converting; central administration; office spine; finished product material
storage; guardhouses; and empty pallet storage.
 PALM HILLS GOLF EXTENSION PROJECT , The project comprised the provision of consultancy
services, preparing permit and construction documents for the construction of about 1,100
villas and townhouses in addition to preparing the infrastructure networks for the entire
project.
 DOMIATEC PACKING PLANT - BEHEIRA , The Project comprised of four Buildings: 1)
Administration Building (area 2000m2) comprising 2 floors; 2) Separate and filling Hanger (area
12150m2 comprising a steel Structure open space building with height 10 m, enclosed by
masonry wall till 5000 mm high; 3) Services Building (area 420m2) comprising only ground
floor comprising of electric rooms, ablution and prayer room, butchery, freezer, workers
bedrooms and toilets; and 4)Storage Building (area 260m2) comprising only 1 floor for storage.
 PYRAMIDS SMART VILLAGE.

 MALL OF ARABIA , The Mall is one of the city's largest shopping/retail centers covering a total
plot area of 882,000m2, a built-up area of 267,000m2, and a footprint area of 159,000m2.
Unfolding a contemporary architectural style, the mall is an organic spine arcade wrapped
around an open-air plaza featuring terraces, pergolas, verandas, restaurants, and coffee shops.
Indoors, the retail centre comprises a series of retail stores/anchors. An area of 680,000m2 is
used as parking space surrounding the mall's perimeter.
 SOUTH SECTOR CENTER RETAIL & COMMERCIAL FACILITIES - MADINATY , Over an area of
48000m2, the mixed-use center including: food court, cafe and restaurant, junk food kiosks,
commercial center, children's play area (outdoor) and recreation area (outdoor).
 MILLENNIUM RESORT HOTEL, RH002 - MINA AL-ARAB , The resort stretches over a 50,000m2
plot area whilst entertaining a vast 840m beach perimeter. The luxury five-star beach
development encompasses two village clusters unveiling 300 rooms/suites and a series of
entertainment amenities.
 MADINATY OPEN AIR MALL , Built on a foot print area of 159 acres, the commercial areas
contain shopping centers designed according to international standards. The project comprises
cinema complex which includes15 cinemas, hypermarket (22,000 m2), food court (18,000 m2),
4 retail buildings (8,000 m2, 10,000 m2, 12,000 m2 and 14,000 m2), family entertainment
building (15,000 m2) and lake (30,000 m2).
 BEYTI DAIRY FARM .
 DHAHIAT SUMOU DEVELOPMENT PROJECT - BLOCK 5 /PHASE 1, The project is located at the
western border of the Holy City of Makkah.The main purpose of Dhahiat Sumou is to develop
a land area of 1.6 Km2. An initial phase is made up of Block 5 Phase 1. The scope of work shall
include the design of 14 types of single-family units, BUA of 6,800 m2, on 123 plots with total
BUA of 59,900 m2.
 CITY GATE NEW CAIRO PROJECT, The project comprises the development of 8.5 million m2 in
accordance with the highest international standards to attract inward investment and
encourage real estate orientated development. The 20,000m internal road network and
400,000m pavement area were designed according to AASHTO and the Egyptian code of
practice for roads and highways. The internal road network was connected to the outer
adjacent roads through 13 main access points & 2 secondary access points (ingress/egress)
distributed overall the project areaproviding sufficient traffic transition for the residents and
visitors from any direction and providing safe evacuation for the vehicles with minimum
rescue time in emergency cases.
 GRAND EGYPTIAN MUSEUM (GEM) - PHASE III.
 VALCASTEL- PHASE 0 , The project comprises the development Plan for entertainment and
touristic activities including hotels, residential, clubs. Phase 0 of the project consists of 30-
room hotel; recreational building including a Cinema, a multipurpose hall, and indoor-outdoor
swimming pool; fifteen individual houses; and outdoor recreational area including a Roman
Theater.
 MASTER PLANNING & INFRASTRUCTURE DESIGN OF 8 SITES IN KSA, The Project consists of
eight land sites; four sites are located in the north region and the other four located in the
south region. The site areas range from 100,000m2 to 680,000m2.

The project is a unique residential and commercial development over 6.3 million m2. The development comprises luxury villas townhouses 2, 4 and 6 plex units), apartments, retail centers, 72 m high commercial/office towers, a golf course, a golf club, a sports and health center, and community facilities.  Emaar Golf Community (GC7) and (GC6), KAEC, Saudi Arabia, This project was initiated by EMAAR, with a vision to create a vibrant new residential community in KAEC in response to market conditions. KAEC is a city of neighborhoods, planned and implemented in districts with unique identities that contribute to a holistic city vision. Neighborhoods are planned and built around shared amenities – with local schools, parks, retail space, and public facilities serving as anchors of walkable, transit-connected communities.  ElRehab Shopping Center - Phase 5, Egypt. On a plot area of 25,087m2 and foot print area about 7,560m 2 , the project comprised a mini hypermarket, restaurants, fast food restaurants, retail / commercial shops, offices and banks, in addition to an outdoor landscape area with water features.  Cairo Festival City (CFC) Project, Egypt. The project is composed of a massively sized mall building and complementary retail village with total built-up areas of nearly 145,000m 2 and 404,000m2 , respectively. The multi-entrance enclosed mall building is a five-storey structure augmented by four atriums: the Garden, Water, Lantern, and Sky Courts. With a footprint area of nearly 140,000m2 , the masterpiece centre takes on several special themes including a cinema complex, a gourmet hypermarket, restaurants and cafes, a food court, 250 retail shops, in addition to family entertainment centre. The retail village comprises ten buildings accommodating 70 retail units that surround a romantic lake. Outdoor leisure attractions uncover a palm tree-lined promenade and a park entertaining luxurious landscaped gardens. Total car parking space area amounts to 210,000m 2 furnishing over 7,000 slots.  Porto Islands, Egypt - Master Plan & Phase 1a, Egypt. The project comprised the design and construction supervision of Golf Porto Islands Phase 1 consisting of apartment buildings, a stand alone hypermarket, replica of the Arch de triumph plus, infrastructure and landscape.  Palm Parks Project, Egypt. The project is a residential development stretching over a total area of 474,600m2 and is divided into two different types (apartments and town houses) with high- end residential buildings wrapped amid a luxury mix of lush residential gardens and lakes.  Porto Phoenice Marsa Alam, Egypt. The project is a major touristic development project situated on an approximately 3,200,000m2 on the red sea coast. The development consists of a

These centers are surrounding an internal lagoon.  ElWaab City Piazza, Qatar. The project's scope of work comprised design development of a new architectural design for the piazza package to enhance the commercial and entertainment activities and additional seven complementary services for the smart city, landscape, site lighting, environment graphics, gas supply, review HVAC design and issuance of building permit.  Medical Building Complex - Al Qassim University, Saudi Arabia. With a total built-up area of 138,000m 2 and total land area of 110,000m 2 the complex comprises three faculties, in addition to two Nursing faculties and common facilities serving all buildings. All faculties surround and have direct access to a four-storey Central Building. The sky-lit structure is a large atrium acting as an entertainment platform entailing an exhibition hall, coffee shops, cafeterias, prayer facilities, and space for student activities.  Local Master Planning Consultancy Services for Marassi Project, Egypt. Spreading over seven million m2 , the project creates a new touristic environment that combines a wide variety of residential units, hotels, 18 hole golf course, marina, a town and commercial center, spas and wellness facilities, in addition to performance venue/concert hall and public services.  GENERAL DIRECTORATE OF MILITARY WORKS (GDMW) RIYADH MEDICAL COMPLEX, included detailed design of the Core Medical Hospital and Emergency Medical Center, Oncology Hospital and Outpatient Clinic, Polyclinic and Day Surgery, Central Laboratory, Pharmacy, Medical Administration Building and Conference Center, parking structure, infrastructure design for medical and service zone, infrastructure design for main roads of residential and university zones and utilities buildings.  RAMEDA PHARMACEUTICAL PLANT MODERNIZATION, The modernization program of the project comprises the relocation of Penicillin area; removing of one Blister line within the solid area; removing staircase in front of HVAC (2) to obtain access to Penicillin/Cephalosporin area; implementing a canteen for employees; and removing of the veterinary jar filling line. The Plant production area is located in the ground floor with an approx. of 8,200m2.  DESIGN OF THE WHO OFFICE BUILDING AND WAREHOUSE IN GAROWE CITY - SOMALIA  HEALTH & WELLNESS CARE CENTER AT MADINAT UMMSLAL , Occupying a land area of 49,620m2 and with a built-up area of 9,110m2, the center comprises emergency department, laboratory, outpatient clinics, conference hall, educational center, wellness center, physical therapy, radiology and pharmacy.  BEACH HOUSE FOR THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE, Construction of the Minister's beach house with all its associated facilities. The house consists of ground floor, first floor and roof.  WORKFORCE ACCOMMODATION FOR EMAL-EPC, The project comprised a number of standard villages or "clusters" were constructed with each cluster accommodating a total of 5,000 workers. The development comprises accommodation buildings (34,923m2), main restaurant & kitchen (3,236m2), community facility (1,664m2), retail centre (1,060m2), MEP facilities and utility networks within the plot and landscape area.  ADCO - SHAH NEW ACCOMMODATION & ADMINISTRATION COMPLEXE , The project included accommodation complex (88,605m2) comprising staff accommodation buildings, contractors accommodation building, contractors amenities building, staff amenities building and & administration complex (11,750m2) comprising administration building, workshop, laboratory

DALIA MOKHTAR FARID DESIGN MANAGER ,URBAN & LANDSCAPE DESIGN ENGINEER Page 6 of 8 building, fire station, pipeline/ welding workshop and stores, first aid treatment facility, service yard, electrical substations and sewage treatment plant.  PORTO ISLANDS, EGYPT - MASTER PLAN & PHASE 1A , Design and Construction supervision of Golf Porto Islands Phase 1 consisting of apartment buildings, a stand-alone hypermarket, replica of the Arch de triumph plus, infrastructure and landscape.  LANDSCAPE DEVELOPMENT FOR THE AREA SURROUNDING AIROTEL-CAIRO AIRPORT , Landscape engineering services related to the beautification of areas adjacent to Cairo Aiport's TB2 power station and the radar garage area in the vicinity of Cairo Airport new hotel.  ADNOC NEW RUWAIS MALL PACKAGE 10 , With a plot area of 111,000m2 and built-up area of 30,395m2, the shopping mall comprises two storey building (29,555m2) which include shops, supermarket, restaurants, coffee shops, food court area, department store & entertainments areas (4 cinemas, bowling, Ice skating rink and kids play area) in addition to a service building (840m2) which includes substation, chiller yard pump rooms and underground tanks.  FOUR SEASONS HOTEL - SHARM ELSHEIKH , Stretching over a total plot area of approx. 962,000m2, the Hotel expansions unfold 96 hotel rooms; a royal suite; 32 villas; 72 chalets; a conference centre; a kids club; eight buildings integrating retail and restaurant facilities; staff housing; water features; swimming pools; beach restaurants; a snack bar; fixed furniture and equipment; landscaping; and sports. The project also calls for the development of an 18-hole signature golf course and accompanying club house surrounded by 60 villas.  DAMIETTA POWER PLANT, The new plant has four new gas turbines with a total rated capacity of 500 MW using 4X125 MW gas turbines.  KIDZANIA BUILDING - CAIRO FESTIVAL CITY , The project comprised the construction of a two- floor building on a land area of 30000m2, a plot area of 5400m2, and a built -up area of 10800m2.The building shall be rented to Kidzania and Sega Companies, each company shall rent one floor.  PROCTER & GAMBLE BABY CARE EXPANSION PLANT, Premised on a plot area of 250,000m2, the plant comprises eight primary functional areas: raw & packing material storage; process utilities; diaper converting; central administration; office spine; finished product material storage; guardhouses; and empty pallet storage.  PALM HILLS GOLF EXTENSION PROJECT , The project comprised the provision of consultancy services, preparing permit and construction documents for the construction of about 1,100 villas and townhouses in addition to preparing the infrastructure networks for the entire project.  DOMIATEC PACKING PLANT - BEHEIRA , The Project comprised of four Buildings: 1) Administration Building (area 2000m2) comprising 2 floors; 2) Separate and filling Hanger (area 12150m2 comprising a steel Structure open space building with height 10 m, enclosed by masonry wall till 5000 mm high; 3) Services Building (area 420m2) comprising only ground floor comprising of electric rooms, ablution and prayer room, butchery, freezer, workers bedrooms and toilets; and 4)Storage Building (area 260m2) comprising only 1 floor for storage.  PYRAMIDS SMART VILLAGE.

Unfolding a contemporary architectural style, the mall is an organic spine arcade wrapped around an open-air plaza featuring terraces, pergolas, verandas, restaurants, and coffee shops. Indoors, the retail centre comprises a series of retail stores/anchors. An area of 680,000m2 is used as parking space surrounding the mall's perimeter.  SOUTH SECTOR CENTER RETAIL & COMMERCIAL FACILITIES - MADINATY , Over an area of 48000m2, the mixed-use center including: food court, cafe and restaurant, junk food kiosks, commercial center, children's play area (outdoor) and recreation area (outdoor).  MILLENNIUM RESORT HOTEL, RH002 - MINA AL-ARAB , The resort stretches over a 50,000m2 plot area whilst entertaining a vast 840m beach perimeter. The luxury five-star beach development encompasses two village clusters unveiling 300 rooms/suites and a series of entertainment amenities.  MADINATY OPEN AIR MALL , Built on a foot print area of 159 acres, the commercial areas contain shopping centers designed according to international standards. The project comprises cinema complex which includes15 cinemas, hypermarket (22,000 m2), food court (18,000 m2), 4 retail buildings (8,000 m2, 10,000 m2, 12,000 m2 and 14,000 m2), family entertainment building (15,000 m2) and lake (30,000 m2).  BEYTI DAIRY FARM .  DHAHIAT SUMOU DEVELOPMENT PROJECT - BLOCK 5 /PHASE 1, The project is located at the western border of the Holy City of Makkah.The main purpose of Dhahiat Sumou is to develop a land area of 1.6 Km2. An initial phase is made up of Block 5 Phase 1. The scope of work shall include the design of 14 types of single-family units, BUA of 6,800 m2, on 123 plots with total BUA of 59,900 m2.  CITY GATE NEW CAIRO PROJECT, The project comprises the development of 8.5 million m2 in accordance with the highest international standards to attract inward investment and encourage real estate orientated development. The 20,000m internal road network and 400,000m pavement area were designed according to AASHTO and the Egyptian code of practice for roads and highways. The internal road network was connected to the outer adjacent roads through 13 main access points & 2 secondary access points (ingress/egress) distributed overall the project areaproviding sufficient traffic transition for the residents and visitors from any direction and providing safe evacuation for the vehicles with minimum rescue time in emergency cases.  GRAND EGYPTIAN MUSEUM (GEM) - PHASE III.  VALCASTEL- PHASE 0 , The project comprises the development Plan for entertainment and touristic activities including hotels, residential, clubs.
