The collected projects will be presented in a light exhibition in the DESIS Forum and uploaded in the DESIS Website. They will be proposed as freely reproducible under the “Creative Common” rules. If you will be present at the DESIS Forum the May 21 st in Paris, you may also be invited to make a short 4 minutes oral presentation of the project. 4. The roll out of digital TV has condemned over 20million TV sets in France alone. Each set ha an estimated 2kg of toxic material... Recycling centers exist but the cumbersome nature of television sets does not encourage responsible disposal
5. Consuming television encourages isolation. Localised cultural activities struggle to attract audiences. In this context, how could a designed service improve social and cultural ties?
