I am an organized, ambitious, zealous individual whose passion for
the beauty industry has propelled me to leadership positions wherever
I have been. I have a proven record of maximizing retail sales by
providing excellent customer service, which has set me apart from my
peers.
I am currently searching for a management position and a career
advancement opportunity with a company that will challenge me
professionally, as well as encourage me to continue to develop my skill
set.
EXPERIENCE
Counter Manager: Nordstrom, October 2009- present
• Set and achieve personal sales goals while supporting the goals of the team
• Greet clientele in a timely, professional and engaging manner
• Build lasting relationships with clientele by contacting them to follow up on
purchases, suggest new products and invite them to upcoming events
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize business results
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
• Utilize written and verbal forms of communication to relay business
opportunities that include line performance, stock levels and team
motivation/recognition
• Maintain confidentiality of clientele information
• Perform daily department maintenance tasks including stock work, re-
merchandising, display, price markdowns, merchandise transfers and light
