We continue to thrive in our long standing
partnerships with companies such as the City of
Mission Viejo, The Montage Spa and Resort and
ABM Industries to name a few.
All of these major organizations have taken top
honors for its longstanding devotion to our
program and inclusion of local residents with
developmental disabilities into the mainstream
workforce.
These top honors include our annual “Employer of
the year” award and other community recognition.
The work of our participants remains essentialto
the operation of all our employment partnerships.
In order to continue to provide these life changing
opportunities for our participants, we seek to
further our relationships with the community and
employers to secure more jobs.
There are many benefits to directly hiring our
participants via our ADP Program, including:
 Eligibility for the WOTC (tax credit)
 Quality assurance with our full support job
coaching staff.- No cost to you
 Minimum of 1 job coach per 3-5
participants in a group setting
 Regular attendance and consistent productivity
We work closely with you and do our best to
accommodate your business needs.
“Creating Possibilities for people with disabilities”
Vocational Visions provides employment,
support,social, and recreation services for
almost 600 people per year who have
developmental and other disabilities.
Developmental disabilities include intellectual
disabilities which may be compounded by
physical, sensory and neurological disabilities.
We also serve men and women who have a
physical disability with no intellectual
disability present.
Individuals partaking in our employment
programs are assessed as being suitable to
work.
The purpose of our Adult Development
Program is to provide employment integration.
This allows our participants to experience paid
employment environments through group
settings and direct hire. The individuals that
participate in this component are guided by
support staffto help with productivity to
enhance the work environment and promote
work independence
Our participants also have achieved long
term employment at the following
companies:

 Wal-Mart
 Chili’s
 McDonalds
 AMC Theater
 Trader Joes
 Nichols Institute
 CVS
 Albertsons
 Javier’s Cantina
