3. Aspire helps children and adults with disabilities such as autism, asperser's syndrome, cerebral palsy, chromosome disorder, down syndrome and mental retardation.

4. Aspire has a team of 400 staff that provides high quality personalized services to more than 1,000 children and adults with developmental disabilities.

6. Aspire have female group homes, male group homes, facilities for children.

16. Reflection - Aspire is still going through this process and It is very serious for other organizations as well but they will need more strong leadership to deal with this change because the “leadership” they have now needs more help in making changes for the better.
