■ Developing, planning and managing resourcing
and recruiting strategies to ensure a successful
search of high quality and best fit candidates
(with focus on senior IT professionals)
■ Identifying active and passive candidates by
effectively using social media, networking with
key people, using search engine marketing
techniques, obtaining great employees referrals
■ Evaluating skill level, conduct efficient and pro-
fessional interviewing process, and drive offer
process, salary negotiations
■ Participating in internal and external recruit-
ment activities to promote Endava growth strat-
egy and to attract the necessary resources
(e.g. Open days, Career Days, specialized
technical events etc)
■ Collecting and analyzing various types of candi-
date data to ensure diverse internal reporting
■ Executing various data collection for external
market research and analysis, preparing vari-
ous reports

MATCH YOUR PROFILE
■ Min of 3-4 years of interviewing, selecting and
recruitment experience (with at least 2 years of
recruitment in the IT field)
■ Existing network in the IT industry would be a
plus
■ Very good English, written and spoken
■ Strong collaboration and result-orientation
skills, ability to compromise and provide solu-
tions.
■ High integrity, strong communication and
presentation skills, with an emphasis on confi-
dentiality, tact, and diplomacy
