3.¿PARA QUÉ VOY A OBSERVAR?
OBJETIVIDAD DE LA OBSERVACIÓN
Debido a la estrecha relación existente entre los involucrados Observador/Observado, la
confianza tiene un amplio impacto en fortalecer esta práctica pedagógica y a la vez logra
mejorar la calidad de la retroalimentación, lo que beneficia a la vez el quehacer profesional,
sin embargo, pueden existir elementos que dificulten la objetividad en la observación.
No tener marco teórico o enfoque detrás de lo
observado.
Falta de sociabilización de la practica de observación.
Carecer de un sentido compartido de observación.
Juzgar al docente y no buscar oportunidades de
mejora a nivel global.
Proyección: exceso de empatía, miedo a herir
susceptibilidades, maternalización ( en el caso de los
estudiantes).

OBJETIVIDAD DE LA OBSERVACIÓN Debido a la estrecha relación existente entre los involucrados Observador/Observado, la confianza tiene un amplio impacto en fortalecer esta práctica pedagógica y a la vez logra mejorar la calidad de la retroalimentación, lo que beneficia a la vez el quehacer profesional, sin embargo, pueden existir elementos que dificulten la objetividad en la observación. No tener marco teórico o enfoque detrás de lo observado. Falta de sociabilización de la practica de observación. Carecer de un sentido compartido de observación. Juzgar al docente y no buscar oportunidades de mejora a nivel global. Proyección: exceso de empatía, miedo a herir susceptibilidades, maternalización ( en el caso de los estudiantes).
