2. HEALTH AND ILLNESS
*Health is a state of physical and mental well-being.
*Illness is the opposite of health.
*Symtoms, like cought, pain or fever tell us that our bodies are
ill.
HEALTHY HABITS
*Sleep 8 or 9 hours every night and rest when we are tired.
*Eat a balance diet.
*Eat five meals a day and always eat breakfast.
*Wash your hands before meals and have a shower every day.
*Breathe fresh air and avoid places with smoke.

-infectious: are caused
by harmful bacteria or
viruses.They can be
contagious or non-
