Establishing those preconditions for success
Creating the Future’s Vision:
A world where everyone is living well,
individually and collectively - bringing out the
best in each other, and in our communities.
To bring that vision to reality,
our mission is to ensure that
individuals and organizations are
naturally bringing out the best in each other.
What will it take to accomplish that mission?
And what would it take to do so
in just 10 years?
Integrated Effort
An integrated, co-created, co-owned effort among influencers
/ early adopters across sectors and industries and geography.

our partners are co-designing, co-developing,
and co-implementing efforts to accomplish
that shared mission.

A plan designed to create the future, using causality
to create the critical path of pre-conditions for
success.

Genuine Partnership at Every Step
Work side-by-side with key influencers as true partners to
co-design, co-develop and co-implement that effort, AND
to learn / adjust / support each other in the process
(bringing out the best in each other!)
Identify Partners
“Sleuthing” to identify and connect with
partners who want to actively work together

Continuum of Ways to Participate
Ensure that anyone who cares about this
goal can participate, across all stages of the
Continuum of Potential.

Infrastructure
Ensuring all phases of this effort able to be implemented smoothly will
require people & systems
 Chief Mission Officer (Catalyze & coordinate work to accomplish the
mission)
 Engagement Coordinator (because this will require a ton of
engagement)
 Operations Coordinator (to be sure systems are in place)
 Assistant(s) for all those roles!

Ensure that systems & checklists are in
place for all key functions, so that the loss of
a key individual does not cripple our efforts to
accomplish the mission.
