Personal Attributes
Corinne has proved to be an incredibly capable member of the team who works well under her own initiative.
She has fitted in well to the teamand has undertaken a variety of work, both larger projects and ad hoc pieces
with a positive attitude. Keen to learn and develop her skills in fundraising she produces written work of an
exceptional standard. Colleagues from outside the department have praised the standard of her work and
manner it is delivered. A good example of this is the training Corinne planned and gave to staff from St Fagans.
The Head of Site was incredibly complimentary of the session led by Corinne and the staff enjoyed it and felt
they had increased confidence to speak to our visitors about donating to the Museum.
Corinne has already started to work on grant maintenance reports for Trusts and Foundations, and I am sure
she will enjoy this side of the department’s work. Working with the individuals has given her a good grounding
in relationship management and stewardship, key to securing and developing individual donors. Over the next
few months Corinne has agreedto continue leading on some of the ongoing donor communications which will
give her the feel for an annual cycle of stewardship.
It has been a pleasure working with Corinne and knowing that whatever work is asked of her, it will be done
quickly, efficiently and of an excellent standard.
