The 3rd ASEAN Youth Initiative Conference thrives to accelerate the development of SDGs in South East Asia through youth’s perspective. Initiated by those who are passionate of SDGs issues in Universities Padjadjaran, we foster youth’s SDGs participation from West Java to South East Asia.

passionate of SDGs issues in Universities Padjadjaran, we
foster youth’s SDGs participation from West Java to South
East Asia.

3. By conducting the conference for the 3rd time, we
endeavor to realize the action plan as our unique final
product where it would later be the policy recommendation
for the stakeholders in each SDGs. Thus, AYIC is more
than just a conference; we serve as an incubator for future
leaders, think-tanks, and game changers in South East
Asia by creating real impact through supporting the
chosen SDGs.

4. South East Asia still lags behind in its development
towards 4 SDGs, Gender Equality, Industry Innovation
& Infrastructure, Life Below Water, and Affordable &
Clean Energy.

5. Therefore, we invites 60 youth representatives across
South East Asia to present their research paper and put
together the action plan as policy recommendation to each
challenges in chosen SDGs. By bearing “Timely Action for
Sustainable ASEAN” as our grand theme for the 3rd AYIC,
we strive to accelerate the development of chosen SDGs by
creating action plan for each SDGs discussed and go
Onwards Together.
