1. “Specifically Vague” : Data collected to define
the problem is not actionable.
2. “The Rabbit Hole” : Data is analyzed “in a
vacuum”.

problem is overlooked in designing the solution.

ABOUT LEARNING &
LANGUAGES
1. No expectations of the “internet” to be in anything
other than English.
2. Even with avid readers of local language
newspaper, there is interest in learning English
(e.g. through Google translate, apps etc.)
3. Online readership in local languages, but not
always with 100% comprehension.
