• Health (I had stage 4 cancer diagnosis in 2015. 2
years without it growing. Fluid going away)

14. Visualizing Tips
OVisualize “all the way through”
OWhat are the sights, sounds,
smells…
OFeel it like it is happening! The more
passion, energy, and excitement you
feel when visualizing, the better!
OBelieve you are worthy

15. A little advice…
O Be careful what you wish for!!!
O For instance, you want 2 children. Don’t
put pictures of 4 children on the board.
O Do you want a man that looks like Johnny
Depp, but what would his values be?
O All images, words, photos should be
positive and goal-oriented. For instance,
why you will no longer see ”cancer” on my
board.

16. GLUE WARNING
O Vertical or horizontal design
O Use glue sticks, glue (NO DOTS), or…
O If using decoupage…do not over saturate!!!
O Use a little at a time! Apply with brush
O Create a color background (various types of
paper, images)
O Add text after images; seal with decoupage
as the final step.

17. Steps to create your board
1. Find images in magazines or google images
that represent what you want to BE, DO, or
HAVE.
2. What feelings should your entire board
provoke? Add color, words, quotes, goals.
3. Add an photo of yourself (optional)
4. Glue the photos, colors, words, etc. to the
board and seal with decoupage.
5. Sign and date the back.

O Take a photo of your board. Add to your
phone background.
O Make your computer screen saver
O I place mine by the bed. Turn off light and
visualize before drifting to sleep.
O Try to look at 2 times per day.
O Use the I AM affirmations and “extreme
visualization”
