Please note that Colette Naude has worked for me since I started working for Warman, which is approximately 2
years.
During that time I have found her to be committed and knowledgeable in not only ISO 9001 Quality Management
Systems, but also in Health and Safety.
Colette is the Lead Auditor for Warman and as the Quality Assurance Officer, is responsible for controlling,
updating and maintaining the ISO9001:2000 accreditation and system for Warman.
Colette is in charge of controlling all calibration of measuring equipment, supplier auditing, internal audits, updating
of the company ISO procedures and documents, monitoring non-conformance reports both in-house and at the
suppliers. She also assists our suppliers in understanding the ISO standard.
We are currently in the process of obtaining ISO accreditation for our 7 South African Branches, which Colette is
playing an integral part of and our Alrode Branch was the first branch to pass the Assessment Audit with flying
colours which was done by Mr Martin Ledger, from Lloyds Register Quality Assurance. I have no doubt that the
final assessment will be any different.
She is also a Health and Safety Representative in the company and is vigilant in ensuring that our staff comply to
the OSHAS18001 standard.
She is hard working, honest, loyal and extremely efficient.
