Tire and Wheel Photo Examples
Visually Document Tire and Wheel Damage
ClearMechanic’s iPhone and Android applications are currently
  used by dealers across the country to visually document vehicle
  damage, including tire and wheel issues
  - Over 5,000 downloads by technicians at dealerships and shops
  - Over 175,000 vehicle photos taken
Visually Document Tire and Wheel Damage
Who views these photos and diagrams?
   •   Car owners: to see their own vehicle and validate the need for repairs
   •   Service advisors: to understand the technician’s recommendation and
       to better explain that recommendation to car owners
   •   Manufacturers and third party administrators: to validate claims made
       under warranty programs
Tire and Wheel Photo Examples
The vehicle photos shown in the following slides were all
  captured using ClearMechanic’s mobile applications in the first
  week of February 2012.
We also show the “Private Dashboard” view for each vehicle
  photo. This dashboard allows an administrator to see the
  following details for each photo:
   -   Exact time / date of photo upload

   -   Technician who took photo

   -   Consumer name, RO number and contact information

   -   Service advisor and service manager name

   -   Number of times the photos have been viewed online
