Responsible for department creation and direct supervision of a team of four (4) sales assistants
supporting 10 salespeople for a nationally recognized industrial safety training organization.
Functions include ensuring delivery of training events from client contact, logistical coordination
and interaction with organizational departments. Also responsible support and project
coordination for Director of Business Development and National Director of Sales.
In addition to managerial role, accepted dual role of Logistical Coordinator/Scheduler,
scheduling over 50 instructors into scheduled training events worldwide. Responsibilities
include maintaining a constantly changing data base of training events, individual instructor
schedules and proprietary compensation details along with logistical details of equipment and
material shipping.
Project Coordinator NTT, Inc., Denver, Colorado October, 2012 – July, 2013
Responsible for working with over 200 professional licensing boards throughout the United
States to provide continuing educational credits to trades people for a nationally recognized
industrial safety training organization. Additional responsibilities include coordinating direct
mail marketing campaigns, providing financial reporting to Organization’s president and
management of special projects for all departments.
Vice President / Owner IFS, LLC, Denver, Colorado 2005 - 2011
All facets of business management and ownership responsibilities for commercial foodservice
design, equipment, and service company. Responsibilities included accounting, human
resources, benefit coordination, budgeting and interaction with clients. Attention to detail was
paramount in running a business with 15 employees.

Coordination from layout through opening of foodservice projects throughout the United States.

Credentialing Specialist Ceridian, St. Paul, Minnesota 2000 - 2002
Responsibilities included review and verification of mental health providers’ credentials
throughout the United States and Puerto Rico and oversight of credentialing team for a large
employee assistance program. Departmental policy and procedure creation and implementation
was an integral part of this position.
Asset Manager Welsh Companies, Minneapolis, Minnesota 1993 - 2000
All management aspects of a large mixed portfolio of commercial real estate for both single and
institutional ownership. Budgeting, rent collection, leasing coordination and fiscal reporting
were part of responsibilities in addition to coordination of all contracted vendors throughout the
Twin Cities.

Power user for Microsoft Office Suite including creation and use of pivot tables and extraction of
data from large CRM software. Proficient user of QuickBooks, MAC operating system as well
