To whom it may concern,
I have known Chris Veilleux for over four years and have found Chris a
pleasure to work with. Chris consistently proves that he is a dedicated and
customerfocused employee.I have worked with Chris as a student,
student worker, and an employee.
In the years that Chris worked for the IT department, he assisted other
students in the computerlab, he worked an internship with our
Telecommunications Manager and mostrecently, Chris worked in our
HelpdeskSupport Center.
I valued Chris’ ability to adapt and operate independently with minimal
guidance. I could count on Chris to serve our customers with excellent
customerservice skills, knowing that Chris knew when to ask for help, and
would do all he could to assist and please the customer.
Chris’ technical skills are superb both in computing and telephony. Chris
had the experience of working with the Telecommunications Manager
during our migration to VoIP Telephonyand was instrumental in developing
call center call routing scripts.
