To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing this letter to reference my association with Christie Kelly and to recommend
her for employment with your company. Christie has worked with Access Home Health,
beginning in October of 2003 as one of our first staff members and continuing today in
July of 2005. She was initially identified and hired through a temporary agency and
based on the quality of her work, was transitioned to a fulltime staff member in January
of2004.
Christie has functioned as an Administrative Assistant III, the highest level of
Administrative Assistants for our company. Her role in our office was essentially as an
office manager, assisting with the daily operations ofthe agency. Her responsibilities
included keying of patient information into the HomeSys software system, keying OASIS
data into our system and transmitting that data to the State of Georgia in accordance with
state compliance mandates, billing functions, payroll, interfacing with our staff and the
public through telephone, fax, email, and office visits.
Access Home Health began in April of 2003 as a start up company and grew to over
$1,000,000 in gross revenues within a year and a half Christie has been an integral part
in facilitating that growth, being instrumental in the development of systems to smooth
the operations of the agency.
Christie has continuously demonstrated an attention to detail in her work, with the ability
to make decisions independently as necessary. She has creatively developed systems that
have increased the operational efficiency of our agency. Her efforts helped our agency to
achieve two annual State surveys that were deficiency free in 2004 and 2005 and for our
agency to achieve JCAHO accreditation in 2004 with only two minimal deficiencies.
Christie has excellent telephone skills and communicates a bright and cheerful attitude to
our customers, clients, and staff. Christie would be an asset to any team and I highly
recommend her.
