Provided leadership that produced excellent services as Property Director for Cheltenham Borough Homes.
Member of the Senior Leadership Team responsible for all customer-facing service delivery functions.
Responsibility for asset management,, planned and cyclical maintenance, responsive and void repairs
(DLO), new build delivery, and customer services.
Since 2014 additional responsibility for Housing and Community Services, housing options,
revenues and income recovery, benefit and money advice, lettings, estate cleaning, grounds
maintenance and customer involvement. Responsibility for 140 staff and £20m budget, deputised
for the CEO and worked closely with Board members and Council officers and members.

Spearheaded Property Services, Housing and Community Services operations, overseeing

cleaning, grounds maintenance, and customer involvement in addition to asset management,and

Held project lead responsibility for developing organisation’s awareness and acceptance of Egan’s principles
and partnering practices. Coordinated staff communications, change management strategies, and production
of transfer video for tenants.

Procured £40M Decent Homes Programme, liaising with consultants in tendering and letting
partner contracts and managing pre- and post-transfer ballot process.
Provided major contribution as part of transfer team in securing turnout of 75%, with 75%
