of over 480 strata and community associations’ plans via five strata manager and an
administration team. The sudden departure of the previous licensee a nd several
strata managers left the portfolio & business exposed, I was called in to rectify the
company’s position. I am currently rebuilding the team, the procedures and
compliance required for a modern strata office. I am also preparing the framework for
the new Strata Legislation to be implemented in NSW in July 2016.
I have great experience in strata management and overall management of companies
during these rebuilding phases to ensure the employees and company a re moving in
the right direction to be profitable and effective within as short a timeframe as

Cockfighter’s Ghost/Poole’s Rock Winery, Pokolbin Village & Peppers Creek resorts
and motels. I was responsible for human resources, work health & safety and
construction projects required. I also manage the three cellar door plus Pokolbin
Village Resort, commercial leases of shops and restaurants & house rental
accommodations.

I was responsible for the financial management, with an annual budget of $19 Million
and $7 Million for capital projects, for the township of Pannawonica in the Pilbara
Region of Western Australia.
This allowed the running of all the operations within the closed township of
Pannawonica, 280 houses and 1100 single person quarters, shopping centres, town &
recreational facilities, sports ovals, airport, waste depot etc. 20 direct Rio Tinto staff
and 200 contracted employees. Responsible for the work health, safety & environment
of all employees including contractors and town’s people. I also managed the senior
contract supervisor of Spotless, ISS Services Australia, ESS Compass Services for
area. Overall responsible for the effective running of the town whilst a major
refurbishment of all facilitieswas undertaken.
I also provide advice and assistance in the managing of Rio Tinto strata titled
properties in Western Australia.

Building Management Committees and the facilities of over 13,000 home units,
villas, & townhouses. I provided guidance to strata managers on more complex
strata issues such as building defects, rectification works, home owners warranty
claims. Attend to mediation and tribunals hearings. Effectively dealing with
developers, builders, consultants & solicitors on more complex dealings with
strata schemes.
