Woodlands Ring Primary School – Ministry of Education
- Conducted design of a new 7-level building and alternation to two existing blocks.
- Conducted traffic design for main entrance relocation.

- Conducted design of a new 4-level building.
- Proposed alternative design for Indoor Sports Hall on top of an existing building, saved over S$ 1 million.
- Liaised with building department closely to obtain permits ahead schedule; facilitated project completed in time
with two major change orders occurred during construction.
2 Nos. 66kV Electrical Substations at Tanjong Kling – JTC Corporation
- Conducted design of two 3-level 66kV electrical substations, one of them with a 9m deep basement.
- Designed second level beam system, retaining wall and fencing footings for blast resistance.
- Assessed bids together with A/E team, as the representative of client.
Eastern Region Line Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) Package E1003 – Land Transport Authority
- Conducted design of underground station E3 flat slab system, one of the five underground stations in this project.
- Adopted Building Information Modeling (BIM) in design after 1 week training.
Contract T2136 Sewer Diversion at Springleaf Station – Land Transport Authority
- Designed cason walls and manholes, restrained site condition required unique design such as steel cason wall.
ACTIVITIES:
Seedling - Voluntary English training program in Guizhou Province, China Aug 2012/Aug 2010
A program sponsored by civil organization of Hong Kong, cooperated with local education bureau, aim to enhance
oral English ability of local English teachers.
