(i) Justify the statement: 23 gram of sodium and 238 gram of

out the molecular formula of such compound?
4. (a) What are quantum numbers? Discuss their significance?
(b) Calculate the number of molecules in the given amount of
each gas:
(1) 20.0 π‘π‘š of 𝐢𝐻 at 0 𝐢 and pressure 700 mm of 𝐻𝑔
(2) 1.0 π‘π‘š of 𝑁𝐻 at 100 𝐢 and pressure of 1.5 π‘Žπ‘‘π‘š
5. (a) Define and classify atomic orbital hybridization. Discuss the
structure of 𝐡𝐹 in the light of orbital hybridization.
(b) Explain briefly energy of activation?

(b) What are non – ideal solutions? Discuss their types with
example.

(b) 𝑁 and 𝐻 combine to give 𝑁𝐻 ( ). The value of 𝐾 in this
reaction at 500 𝐢 is 6.0 Γ— 10 . Calculate the value of 𝐾 for this
reaction.
