Vegetarian and vegan foods are becoming more
important.

based on:
- Fruits
- Vegetables
- Legumes
- Whole grains
- Seeds
If you decide to eat vegetarian or vegan, it is advisable to always consult a
specialized nutritionist or your doctor and family nurse.
These well structured diets are suitable for any stage of life: childhood,
adolescence, pregnancy, lactation, old age, etc.
Vegetarians, who do not consume a certain amount of milk or eggs, and all
vegans must supplement their diet with vitamin B12.
