people skills, and as a School Governor I have an Enhanced DBS Certificate (Previously CRB).
Employment History
Dec 2016 – Present Sales Advisor Barratt Homes – Northampton
Having started my career with Barratt Homes at their Lake View development at Priors Hall Park, Northamptonshire,
I am now overseeing the day to day running of The Woodlands development, also at Priors Hall. Daily duties include
customer relationship management; liaising with solicitors and independent financial advisors to ensure contract
deadlines are achieved; conducting customer choices and extras appointments - maximising additional revenue
opportunities through promoting features and benefits; engaging with prospects, identifying individual needs, and
negotiating in order to secure salesin order to achieve and exceed targets.
While with Barratt Homes I have successfully completed training various areas including First Aid, Fire Warden
training, and the Single SalesPrinciple.
I take great pride in the service I provide to existing and future purchasers, believing that an attentive and enjoyable
customer journey and experience goes a long way to ensuring long termcustomer satisfaction.

May 2016 – Nov 2016 Assistant Store Manager Thomas Cook Travel
As well as the day to day running of the Central Bedford store, I was responsible for development, coaching and
motivation of staff members; ensuring sales and customer satisfaction targets were exceeded; and the promotion and
marketing through social media of the store. During my short time with the company I assisted the team in raising
their monthly mystery shop scores from just 1% to 100%, and stepped in for the Area Cluster Manager during annual
leave or sicknessabsence.
Jan 2013 – May 2016 Cabin Manager easyJet Airline Company
As Cabin Manager I was a leader and role model, responsible for ensuring passenger and crew safety; promoting
excellent customer service standards; coaching and developing both new and experienced crew members, leading by
example and providing written appraisals. Targets to which I worked included sales, customer satisfaction, on time
performance and appraisals.
May 2004 – May 2012 Assistant Cabin Manager Thomas Cook Airlines
In my role of Assistant Cabin Manager I worked alongside the Cabin Manager to ensure the safe, efficient and
profitable running of the cabin. I was responsible for the stock-taking of all products on board, as well as overseeing
the cashing-up and banking procedures post flight.
