Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible about liaising with suppliers and subcontractors for building cleaning and maintenance
including: HVAC, Electrical Generators, Fire Alarms, and security systems, UPSs … etc, and check that
the agreed work has been completed satisfactorily.
Responsible about load calculation for installing generators and UPS for the building and servers’ room.
Lead team of a mechanic and two electricians and support staff in routine maintenance work of the
building, by delegating workload and tasks.
Responsible about maintaining and developing the risk management- disaster recovery plan for bank’s
hard and soft assets.
Helping IT team in agreeing the required units for cooling systems in servers’ room.
Perform start-up installation and commissioning of UPS product for single phase and three phase systems,
Ensure test operational of the system, including unit transfer and battery discharge.
