Roles & Responsibilities:
 Responsible about liaising with suppliers and subcontractors for building cleaning and maintenance
including: HVAC, Electrical Generators, Fire Alarms, and security systems, UPSs … etc, and check that
the agreed work has been completed satisfactorily.
 Responsible about load calculation for installing generators and UPS for the building and servers’ room.
 Lead team of a mechanic and two electricians and support staff in routine maintenance work of the
building, by delegating workload and tasks.
 Responsible about maintaining and developing the risk management- disaster recovery plan for bank’s
hard and soft assets.
 Helping IT team in agreeing the required units for cooling systems in servers’ room.
 Perform start-up installation and commissioning of UPS product for single phase and three phase systems,
Ensure test operational of the system, including unit transfer and battery discharge.

3.  Manage contracts, and procurement functions and provide support for the facility’s budget of IT resources
(e.g. servers,soft systems, printers, Desktops..Etc) and distribute it as tenders to contractors and review the
