2012 Summit
• Redefining the Game was the formal launch of the Center for
Women in Business. The event gathered business leaders to
discuss the changing dynamics of business and the future of
women in the workplace.
4. Advancing Women to the Top
2013 Summit
• Advancing Women to the Top, the 2nd Annual CWB Summit, focused
on the state of women’s leadership and the business imperative for
maximizing the potential of women across industries and
organizations.
• CWB along with our research partner, McKinsey & Company, released
the Advancing Women to the Top report, a look at the state of
women’s leadership in a dozen Fortune 1000 companies.

2014 Summit
• CWB’s third annual summit will celebrate the successes of
women entrepreneurs around the country while also

share an interest in learning more about the issues facing women
in today’s workforce.
• The CWB Summit has reached more than 160,000 people on
Twitter through the hashtags #CWB and #CWBSummit. In 2012,
#CWB was a top 10 trending topic in the Washington, D.C. area for
the afternoon.
• CWB has more than 67,000 likes on Facebook.
