As incredible as it may seem, the Odoo POS doesn't have native support for a customer claims, even on Odoo 10.
This module aims to solve customers’ problems by providing Claims option in POS Interface.
2. INTRODUCTION

• We should keep good connection with customer after sale also.
• As incredible as it may seem, the Odoo POS doesn't have native support for a customer
claims, even on Odoo 10.
• This module aims to solve customers’ problems by providing Claims option in POS
Interface.
3. • Mainly contains the following features:
Easily create claims from POS interface
Automatic Ticket generation for each claims
Automatic stage changes for assignment of claims
Email Notification to customer about progress of claim request
Calendar view to view all follow ups
5. • Here, we can select order number from list of order, Customer and
customer email (To this email address, claim notification is send), product
and product description (This is to fetch details of the claims, i.e. about
fault that he/she faced in product) etc from POS interface in a single click.
6. • There may be cases like we need to create customer because in POS, it is
not necessary to save customer detail to have sale.
• In such cases, we can create customer from above form.
• On clicking on confirm button, an email notification is send to customer
email address and new claim ticket is created on backend in odoo.

8. • We can assign this claim ticket to any salesperson working in the organization.
• On assigning, state of claim automatically changes to assigned state.
• We have also option to send email notification to customer about progress of
claims request.
• Customer can also send feedback about claim too.

• POS claim module have follow-up option and it is very important to remember
dates of each action that has to be done
• For this, we have calendar view
• Using this, we can view all tasks that have to be done
• This helps to take necessary action on time
