It is a pleasure to inform that Mrs. Cecilia Cerza, started her collaboration with Majestic Hotel &
Spa, in July 2012. Mrs. Cerza, has demonstrated her willingness to learn, her ability to anticipate
to the client needs, and her understanding to accomplish the company high quality standard
objectives. She was nominated in 2015, as an outstanding employee by Leading Quality
Assurance. Mrs. Cerza tasks have included customer service, performance of massages, facials,
body treatments, manicures and pedicures and also sales to sell/recommend MajesticSpa
treatments and products, to assure a complete Spa experience for our guest at the spa, and at
home.
Among all, she has been a key employee that has helped the improvement of MajesticSpa
services protocols. Thanks to her work, attitude and willingness to go one step further as a team
and as a company, she shared her knowledge and experience by acting as a trainer to the rest of
the team.
Mrs. Cerza, has demonstrated to have a very good relationship among all the team members and
the rest of the Hotel employees, and somebody who you can delegate and trust.
As her director during all this 4 years, I would recommend Mrs. Cerza, because of her high quality
professional standards, also for her responsible attitude, and because she is an easy person to
work with. I am sure she will be able to accomplish any objectives/projects that you want her to
achieve.
