To whom it may concern:
My name is Iulian Batranu and I have known the Catalina Brasoveanu for 20 years. She
has worked with me as a colleague at Japan Tobacco, where I was the Training
Manager. In my position, which I have held for 25 years, I supervise a staff of 1200
employees.
I am writing to recommend that you consider Catalina for your management team. In all
my years of experience, some people stand out for their great qualities and Catalina is
one of those people. She is well known for her personality qualities: intelligence, work
ethic, positive attitude, teamwork mentality, leadership, diligence, etc. She is well
respected throughout the organization for her leadership attitude - being the "go-to"
person for a certain skill, for getting things done, for meeting short deadlines, for
accomplishing a task, etc. Throughout the time I've know her, she has shown me time
and again that she is a positive, motivated leader with amazing potential. She also has
strong interpersonal skills, establishing easily relationships with people at all levels of
the organization. She is a customer-service oriented person, detail oriented
professional. An excellent person to work with, with good sense of humor. Catalina is a
reliable and experienced manager who can be trusted. She is always capable of
adapting to new working environments and can focus on many tasks at once.
