Rhonda has proven to be an excellent Murad representative over the past three years in supporting the letter writer's clinics. From the beginning, Rhonda developed a plan to grow the Murad business in the clinics and region. She is always available to provide ideas, check in, and respond to any questions. Rhonda also works closely with the staff to educate them and improve their sales. The letter writer has been so impressed that they recently purchased another clinic and are excited to continue working with Rhonda.

To Whom It May Concern:
I wanted to provide this letter of recommendation for Rhonda because she has proven to
be a wonderful Murad Rep. When I started at Massage Envy three years ago, I went
through two reps that were nonexistent in the first 6 months. I felt I had no support, help
or direction. Then one day Rhonda calls me to introduce herself. My immediate
thoughts were that this will be my third nonexistent rep and never put much faith in it.
To my surprise, that has not been the case. From day one of her visiting my clinic, I was
impressed. Rhonda came in with a plan to grow the Murad business in not only my
clinic but our region. She is a tremendous asset to Murad. She calls me to check in and
responds to each and every email, text or phone call. She and I meet regularly to review
numbers and plan upcoming strategies for the business. She provides ideas for our
clinic that I would never have thought of. She challenges me on a regular basis. She
works with my staffto educate and grow them in their sales. Rhonda has not only

Due to my love and passion for Massage Envy, I have recently purchased Massage
Envy, Glen Carbon, IL. I not only own it but manage it. I am very excited to have
