Greig. I have known Brittany for approximately two years in a business capacity, and I feel
that she is an excellent candidate for your Spa Director’s program.
Brittany joined CSA as an Administrative Assistant in the Education and Training program
area. Throughout her time with us, she has demonstrated strong initiative and problem
solving skills. She is both results and customer oriented. Brittany has performed beyond the
traditional scope of an Administrative Assistant in this role, and has utilized her experience in
developing training manuals and organizing events to our advantage.
Brittany has blended in with the team of seventeen employees extremely well. Her
enthusiasm and energy have helped her achieve results without direct authority. It is my
experience that Brittany exhibits many of the qualities that are essential to leaders in the
business world. Furthering her education at your school will help her build on these qualities,
