AGMUS needed a reliable portal, mobile and single sign-on solution for its universities. The key problem
statement and challenges were:
Multiple usernames and passwords for each application system.
No central documentation repository
Lack of a single unified one stop shop platform.
Integration to ERP, LMS and Email application systems such as Banner®, Blackboard® and Office 365.
Bringing together a community concept through a portal platform that provided each AGMUS university a portal
with there own branding.
Get the sponsorship and commitment of the Student Affairs division, making sure that the organization
understand that this is not an IT project; IT is a facilitator.

Campus Consortium helped scope and select a technology partner
for a portal, mobile and single sign-on solution for AGMUS.
Campus Consortium provided a grant funding for $150,000 to
AGMUS towards licensing, discovery and implementation of the
portal, mobile and single sign-on solution for all AGMUS
universities.
Campus Consortium helped in achieving negotiated vendor rates
for additional discount on added products and services.

AGMUS is currently live and in production with :
LookingGlassKryptos for the student, faculty, staff portal and mobile platform.
QuickLaunch for a single sign-on provider,.
AGMUS helped their universities implement six portals and mobile apps , one for each
university.
AGMUS helped their universities engage with their students through a single username and
password and integrations for all critical application such as ERP, LMS and Mail applications.
AGMUS helped each of its universities with a centralized and search enabled document
repository
AGMUS helped achieve a community concept through the portal platform that provided each
university a portal with there own branding.
