1. User Groups – main forum (apart from Online Support Portal) for clients to express views and
future product direction and prioritise key enhancements to solutions
2. Online Support Portal – provides medium for CAMMS clients to lodge suggested
enhancements to solutions, for consideration and prioritisation by CAMMS’ Product
Development Team
3. Product Blueprint – all key development priorities for the next 2-3 years are documented and
allocated to ‘releases’. This is the primary internal document utilised by CAMMS which
outlines key dates, timeframes and resource requirements
4. CAMMS Futures Group – key internal group responsible for setting product priorities and
direction for next 2-3 years, which meets monthly
5. Releases – 2 major releases per year, with interim ‘service pack’ releases for issue fixes and
small enhancements. Cloud Hosted clients receive releases immediately, whilst On Premise
clients are required to schedule in a release upgrade with CAMMS’ Support Team
