OUR DIFFERENCE 3 Our history 1985 USE was established by Brian Haratsis to meet market demand for quality planning, research and economic advisory 1996 MacroPlan Australia moved to Melbourne’s CBD 2006 MacroPlan Australia expanded to Perth and Brisbane 2012 MacroPlan Dimasi expanded its Queensland office presence and opened two new offices: Brisbane’s CBD and Gold Coast 1995 USE was renamed to MacroPlan Australia as the company grew to service a national client base 2001 MacroPlan Australia commenced their national expansion with the opening of an office in Sydney’s CBD 2012 MacroPlan Australia merged with the Strategy and Analytics team of Pitney Bowes Business Insight to form MacroPlan Dimasi 2014 The company is now regarded as one of the largest property consultancies of its type in Australia
