I am currently creating a comic book to spread awareness and promote the positive side of having learning disabilities. Those diagnosed with specific learning disorders are found to have different gifts such as heightened visual-spatial ability and the ability to look at concepts and the world in unique ways. My goal for this is that after reading this, those with LD will have a more positive outlook on themselves, and those without LD will have a more empathetic and positive view on their non-neurodiverse colleagues.

2. FADE IN:
EXT. TOP SECRET MILITARY AREA 45 2E division -DAY
Everyone is boarding a black military helicopter
Vice Admiral Bob Benzulli stands up to speak in the middle of the copter
Bob Benzulli: Our target is one of the most dangerous villains you have ever met….
Girls have inner dialogues that drown out Bob’s mission details
Emily: I can’t wait to find Mr. Bady and kick his butt! Wow, look at all those clouds! There are
cirrocumulus, cirrus, cirrostratus--we must be in such a high atmosphere. This is so cool!
Ava: God, does this guy ever stop talking! Good thing I brought cakes with me. I wonder if I can
use all those old electronics in the back to make a cake machine that constantly makes a cake
out of moisture in the air. Note to self:figure out Alchemy. I’m gonna be rich if I can actually
figure this out.
Mia: Time to go to sleep.
Olivia: I wonder what the circumference of this of this Helicopter is...
Captian: Do we have everybody?
Bob: Yes. All assets are aboard. I repeat, assets are aboard.
Captain: Roger that! Engaging warp drive.
Ava: Did he just say WARP DRIVE?

3. Everyone looks at each other
Emily: PUT YOUR SEATBELTS ON NOW!
The helicopter moves at the speed of light; all time looks slow and outside; they can see bits
and pieces of the past and the future.
The Girls: AHHHHHHHHHHH BOB, NONE OF US HEARD THE MISSION DETAILS!
Bob: WHAT? I CAN’T HEAR YOU OVER THE SOUND OF WARP SPEED.
YAHOOOOOOOOOOOO.
Bob: I need you to parachute out of here!
Bob hands each of them a parachute
Oliva: Umm, sir, safe parachuting speed is 119 mph not 186,282 miles per second
Bob: And!! GO!
The floor opens up under the girls and they parachute down!
Ava: Olivia, what are the chances of us surviving this?
Oliva: Our masses are becoming infinite were gonna die. Pull you shoot before you can’t use
your arms anymore.
All the girls pull their shoots
Shoots: Speed of light mode activated; now slowing you down.
The shoots extend a metal shielding around them and slow them down so they begin to float
down.
Ava: This is so cool!
Shoots touches down to the ground and projects a video with 44th president, Barack Obama
starring in it.
Obama: Hello girls! If you are watching this, I am no longer president and you have been
deployed on your first mission as a team! I asked Bob to find you because this world needs a
savior, one that is creative, smart and tough, who does not back down even when the odds are
stacked against them. Use your ADHD, Dyslexia, Spectrum Disorder and Synesthesia as gifts

4. to lead us to a peaceful world. I am entrusting this country and its safety to you! Now for your
mission: as you might be able to tell already...
Ava: We traveled through time, didn't we?
Obama: You traveled through time.
Emily: Nice one, Ava!
Obama: You’ve traveled to the year 2013. This is when Vladimir Putin authorized his science
division to start conducting mind control experiments with a 1 billion dollar budget. On my last
day in office, I got intel that current president, Dillon J Thump may have been compromised
using this technology and is being used as an agent to break down the world economy and use
false facts to turn the world against each other. I am not sure exactly what the Russians end
game is, but I fear the worst. Your mission is to find the scientists that that reprogrammed
Thump’s mind and to stop him by any means possible. Are you up to the mission?
Girls look at each other!
CLIFFHANGER
Emily: Wow this sounds like so much fun! I say let's do it!
Ava: Hmm it does intrigue me I wonder what kind of technology they are using for mind control.
Olivia: We know absolutely nothing about our enemy’s capabilities this is a suicide mission. Our
chances of surviving this are less than 10 %
Emily: Survival smuvival. I ain't afraid of no Russian.
Mia: I understand what you all are feeling but we have the opportunity to save the world I say
let's do it!
Oliva: Fine let's do it
Once they all agree the shoot system turns into a self-driving car with the coordinates built in
already
Ava: Wow I really gotta ask Bob about all this crazy tech.
Girls get into the car and it automatically starts driving them to a Russian laboratory
Emily: No matter what happens here just know I love you guys

5. Ava: Aww We love you too
Emily: Now let's kicks some mad scientist butt
The car stops in front of a seemingly abandoned lab building
Olivia: Now we should come up with a plan before going in there. I say we.
Emily runs out of the car towards the building.
Emily: Last one there is a rotten egg!
Olivia: Unbelievable
All the girls chase after her into the building!
Girls enter the building
Emily: wow look at all the cool machinery
Ava: This place looks abandoned. This should be easy we just have to find the mind control
machine and destroy it.
Emily: That's boring I was hoping for some real action.
Weird sirens start going off.
Olivia: AHHHH this is too loud I’m starting to get overstimulated.
Emily: Are you ok Olivia
Sound changes to a piercing high pitched noise.
The girls: What's happening to us this noise I think it’s coming from inside our heads.
Mia: I’m going to throw up.
A man in a lab coat and glasses walks out.
The man: Hello Ladies my name is Afanasy Kuznetsov. You should never have come here
because now you are all my test subjects.
Emily stands up and with all her strength lunges at Afanasy. As her fist makes contact he
disappears and reappears behind her.

6. Olivia: We are under some sort of group hypnosis.
Olivia runs in front of Emily and as she does so everything in front of her breaks apart and she
can see out the corner of her eye the rest of her team passed out on the ground except Mia who
is bawling in pain. Then everything goes black.
Olivia wakes up and we see she has been brought back in time to a memory of her her high
school prom where she went with her ex-boyfriend.
Olivia: This place. This day. Why have I been brought back here a look of concern grows over
her as her boyfriend approaches
Olivia’s boyfriend: You never seem to show any interest in me. You say you like me but you
never seem to show it.

Olivia: Can’t you see I love you I just don't always know how to express it. Why is this
happening?
Olivia falls to her knees and we move to Emily's hallucination
Emily: Arrives in an IEP meeting at her school.
Teacher: According to our testing Emily does not need an IEP because she is too high
functioning. Instead we recommend she be less lazy and grow up. I know that must be tough to
hear but she needs to just buckle down and power through.
Emily is in tears. You don’t understand I want to do the work but you move so fast and I can’t
understand the concepts and I can’t think unless I move around but you always reprimand me
by not letting me have broken.
Teacher: This decision is final. Application denied.
Emily: Why can’t you just understand me. Why do I have to be treated like a criminal for being
myself?
We transition to Ava's vision. She is in her 1st-grade classroom her teacher is talking to her
mother.
Teacher: Ava is still unable to read in the 1st grade. Don’t get me wrong she is a smart girl but
we cannot figure out how to teach her and she is unable to keep with the rest of her class for
that reason it is my recommendation she finds a different school.

7. Ava’s mom: So you just want to give up on my daughter and you call yourself a teacher! She is
doing the best she can and you do this to her.
The camera goes to Mia who is unaffected by the mind control device.
Mia: There pain and sadness it hurts what are you doing to them.
Afanasy: I have trapped them in their worst memories forever and ever. I have no clue why this
does not work on you too. You must have some type of very rare neurochemistry. No, bother
you can feel their pain can’t you that's all the torture you need.
Mia thinks of people smiling and happy to drown out the sadness the girls are feeling.
Mia: You really should not underestimate what I'm capable of
Afanasy: moves closer to her
Afanasy: Oh what are you gonna do.
Once Afanasy gets close enough Mia hops up and uppercuts him causing him to fall down then.
Starts shouting to the girls. Hey, guys snap out of it! I don’t know what he’s showing you but
whatever it is we will get through it together! You all are my family and I’m not letting this be the
thing that takes you out.
Afanasy: It’s no use they can’t hear you.
Mia: Oh they heard me alright you may have numbed their minds but their hearts are wide
awake.
Olivia's vision
Olivia stand up strong
Olivia: I am not the problem if you don’t understand me your not someone I want in my life.
Emily: I am not the problem. I am not lazy. I am me I love adventure and don’t like sitting still for
long and there is nothing wrong with that if you don't want to take the time to teach me I will find
someone who does.
Ava's vision
Ava: Just because I cannot read yet does not make me stupid and if you are not equipt to teach
me I will learn elsewhere.

8. We see a huge spark fly out of Afanasy’s mind controller and the girls wake up.
Mia: Ava and Olivia are you able to reprogram his mind controller it's around his neck on the
chain. Olivia nods
Emily: I got this guy.
Emily walks toward Afanasy angrily as he tries to use his mind controller again. Emily that's not
gonna work on us again. We are strong 2E girls and our confidence in ourselves are not going
to waver ever again. Emily runs up on him hitting him in his adam's apple bringing him to his
knees and then snatches his chain with the mind control device on it.
Afanasy: How could you defeat me with no powers and no tech.
Emily: you messed with the wrong people! We are 2E and have had to persevere all our lives.
We have the greatest superpower and that’s bravery and a will to change the world forever. The
real question is how did you ever think you had a chance!
Ava reprograms Afanasy device and traps him in a vision of him getting beat up by Emily for all
eternity. The girls go outside back to the car which takes them home.
Ava: I realized something through my vision making friends have always been frustrating for me
because they never get me but you guys do you have never doubted me. You are truly my
family and I feel so lucky to have you.
Emily: Aww of course! We are all one big family.
Bob: It looks like you all saved the world from WW3 good job girls!
All the girls: Yay
