1. Inform Consent Analysis
The inform consent form was a type form that the client needs to sign and dated. I went over the inform consent at the beginning of the session
and explain to the client the reason for signing the form. Informing the client that everything that is said between the client and myself would not
leave this room and it is confidential. No one has access to this interview, unless otherwise you sign an ROI for me to discuss the information.
The main focus/ topic that the client had was being surrounded by co–workers that like to talk about sport and play weird music that he had no
interest in. Before client had a different route and the friends /co–workers that he had, they would talk about Big Foot and other topic that the

Client starts to wonder about my confidence level of being a counselor. He had noticed that I was having problem with the interview. I like
the way I had approached the client, as a counselor, I try to keep an open mind, not judging, and empathize with the client how he feels. I give
eyes contact at the level that I know that client would feel comfortable. There were a few things that I did not like as a counselor. Even as a
counselor I had tried to keep an open mind and try not to be bias. But I could not stop myself from not being bias because the interviewee is my
husband. The other thing was that I have heard the story before and since it's my husband I can be myself, or honest. I did not want to hurt my
husband feeling. The other issues are the topic was about sport; the topic that I have no idea about and hate. The improvement that I need to
work on is not to smile too much, play with my pen, and to be a better listener. I want to be able to be true to myself and to the client. During the
session I had caught myself playing with the pen and had moved the pen back and forth like I am
