Data Entry/ Documents Specialist on the Bluegrass Pipeline Project,Lexington, KY- July 2013-March 2014
My contribution to the project was primarily quality control and quality assuranceof the data gathered
and entered into the IPMS database system for the duration of the project. I underwent extensive training that
allowed me the knowledge required to perform my daily auditing assignments with the assurance of accuracy.
This includes all areas of land tracts; acquisition title review audits; valve site locations; pump stations site;
drawing out the polygons for the roads, rivers, railroads and designing the database to include tracts for these
crossing. Daily audits were performed on the centerline location to ensure accuracy. I audited all route changes
and assisted in publishing a new centerline weekly to include all approved route changes. The use of reports
designed within the database allowed me to perform exception reports to use as a tool during my daily audits. I
assisted in the training others to perform centerline audits, data audits and title review audits.
Project Accomplishments Include:
Data Entry/Documents specialist on the Blue Grass Pipeline, a proposed 1100 mile (NGL’s) Natural Gas
Liquids pipeline for Williams, partnered with Boardwalk.
