Dhabi, Bahrain & Yemen) and Asia (Korea, Indonesia & Malaysia) with emphasis on
F&B & Operational/Executive Management. Created my own food company in 2008
(OODLES Malaysia) offering Italian and Western Food solutions for the en-
trepreneur in Malaysia and created Trynergy Worldwide in 2010 for “Environmental
Solutions” for hotels and industry etc. Most recently created a platform for an

Executive Management of this leading 5* hotel in Seoul Korea with emphasis on
F&B (12 restaurants & bars) which made up 55% of total annual revenue of US$50
million. Project managed the renovation programme for all F&B and public areas
and launched new concept restaurants throughout the property.

Due to the Iraq invasion of Kuwait, Bahrain became one of the centres in the
Gulf for the strategic location of military personnel for Dessert Shield and
Dessert Storm the hotel operated under “crisis management” for the entire dura-
tion of the war. Diplomat Hotel was primarily for British RAF and senior person-
nel with a substantial increase in F&B usage of the 4 restaurants and 4 bars and
